Project required enabling works phase to ensure overall programme remained unaffected.  Use of environmental GGBS concrete.  The building has off-set floor plates to facilitate the architectural requirement to provide interesting facades due to the building being visible from all sides.  The ground floor required a minimal column intrusion solution and this together with the offset floor plates and minimal structural zone required a complex floor beam model.
