Description
This project involved the construction of 28 social housing units with new roadway, hard landscaping and public utilities. Downes Associates role was to design the infrastructure for the housing development including all civil and M+E items, preparation of Bill of Quantities and provision of both PSDP & Employers representative roles up to tender stage. This project was procured using the GCCC Public Works Contract. Downes Associates services included site monitoring of the civil engineering works. The housing units were procured separately by Design & Build contract.
