As part of Stewart Construction's Design & Build Team, Downes Associates were engaged as structural & civil engineers on this prestigious commercial office development at Dublin Airport. The offices were constructed in two six-storey blocks which provided a total of 19,300 m² of floor space in open plan style. Works also included site clearance & demolitions, site services, external works and ancillary buildings.
