Development of a regional distribution and logistics centre for a multinational retail client on a particularly challenging site in the south of Ireland. The above site specific features presented significant challenges to developing in a sustainable manner a 50,000m2 building on a consistent foundation across the site with a uniform floor level with a water source adequate to supply the proposed facility.
