The Sleeping Giant is built on the site of a demolished 1950’s residential dwelling and comprises a 500m2, partial three storey folded reinforced concrete structure including part basement, knitted into the rocky granite site with a glazed, south facing front elevation overlooking Killiney Bay. 2007 Overall Winner - Irish Concrete Society Awards.
