The HSE acquired this 5 storey over 3 basement office block which was previously finished to shell & core standard. This refurbishment and fit-out project created a healthcare facility for out-patient services for the relocated St. James Hospital Children’s Orthodontic Department and Tallaght Hospital’s Endocrinology and Dermatology Departments.
