Description

A development of 280 apartments arranged in five multi-storey blocks (ranging from 6 to 7 storeys) built on a structural transfer/podium slab over a basement car park. A separate Medical Centre and Creche are included in the scheme. The multi-storey apartment blocks, medical centre and creche constitute 23,000m² of developed floor space and the 10,500m² single level below ground car park provides space for 349 cars. This development was constructed on a brownfield site - formerly occupied by Drimnagh Industrial Estate.
