A 342-unit housing and apartment scheme on a challenging steeply sloping site in the Cherrywood SDZ for Tudor Homes. An innovative SUDS strategy has been adopted on the site making use of a combination of infiltration, storage within the sub-base of the development roads, underground geo-cellular storage and ponds in a cascading arrangement to achieve a highly efficient storm water management solution.
