Description

A development of 66 dwellings consisting of a mixture of two and three storey terraced blocks including one apartment type adapted for use as a community facility. The site is a brownfield suburban plot where previous blocks of flats were previously demolished. The site geology contained karstic limestone conditions. This project will be procured under the Capital Works Management Framework using the GCCC Form of Contract.
